As the whole coaching process is client led she is guided by your agenda. Individuals are coached on a personal face to face basis, over the telephone or in a group setting. One to one coaching sessions can take up to an hour and are initially on a weekly basis. In addition Helen provides tailored training for companies, businesses and groups specific to their needs.
