About Helen
A Psychology graduate with post graduate Diploma in Guidance and counselling and over 15 years experience in mental health and development, Helen came to life coaching because she saw the remarkable and relatively quick results that the NLP and coaching processes achieved with clients.

Helen is also an EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Practitioner. EFT is a simple and effective self administered process of tapping on energy meridian points combined with affirmation statements to eliminate negative energy and beliefs held in the body’s energy system. It could be described as Psychological acupuncture (without the needles!!) as it uses the same energy meridians used in traditional acupuncture to treat physical and emotional ailments without the invasiveness of the needles.
An excellent communicator Helen has an attuned intuition for people. She holds a passionate belief and practice in a solution focused and holistic approach for individuals in achieving full potential and success giving direction, purpose and balance in life.
